Do I need an account or KYC?

No. There is no registration, no KYC and no identity verification — no contact details are needed either. You create an order and track it by its link and ID. Save the order link: it is the only way back to your order.

What are the fees?

The rate you see is final — nothing is added on top, and the quote also accounts for the payout network fee. The guaranteed minimum you will receive is always shown before you create the order. In confidential mode the rate includes about 0.2% more than the regular one.

How long does an exchange take?

Typically a few minutes after your deposit is confirmed by the source network. Confirmation time depends on the network; large orders and Monero routes can take somewhat longer.

Are there minimum and maximum amounts?

Yes, and both are shown under the amount field before you create the order. The minimum is a small fixed equivalent in US dollars; the maximum varies by direction. Very large orders may still be quoted individually — the live calculation tells you what can actually be filled.

Why provide a refund address?

If a swap cannot be completed, the deposit is automatically returned to your refund address on the source network. Without one, refunds are processed manually through support, which takes longer.

Question 6

Which networks are supported? What about memo?

Assets are listed together with their network — always send on the network shown on the order page. Some networks (for example Stellar) also require a memo/tag: include it exactly, otherwise the deposit may not be credited.

I sent less than the order amount

Accepted Answer

Payments to the same deposit address add up: top up the missing part and the swap starts automatically. The order page shows exactly how much is left to send.

I sent more than the order amount

Accepted Answer

Depending on the quote type the swap either executes for the actually received amount (the payout grows proportionally), or the quoted amount is swapped and the excess is returned to your refund address. Without a refund address, contact support with your order ID.

I sent funds on the wrong network

Accepted Answer

Send only on the network shown on the order page. Funds sent on another network do not reach the swap and may be lost — contact support with your order ID and the transaction hash; recovery is manual and not always possible.

The order expired, but I already paid

Accepted Answer

A late deposit is usually picked up automatically: the order resumes once the payment is detected, even after cancellation or expiry. If the order does not resume, contact support with the order ID and the transaction hash.

How do Monero (XMR) exchanges work?

Monero is exchanged in both directions just like any other asset: you create an order, send the deposit and receive the payout, and the guaranteed minimum shown accounts for the whole route. Note that in confidential mode exchanging from XMR is unavailable — Monero is already confidential by design.

What is the confidential exchange?

Accepted Answer

In confidential mode the swap is processed on a private settlement layer, so the link between your deposit and your payout is not written to the public blockchain. Note it is not full anonymity: amounts and timing of the incoming and outgoing transactions remain technically observable.
