Terms of use

Usage terms, payments and refunds, risks. By creating an order you accept these Terms.

Last updated: 2 August 2026

1. General provisions and acceptance

These Terms govern the use of this digital-asset exchange service (the “Service”). By creating an order or otherwise using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accept these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Service.

The Service is intended only for exchanging assets that belong to you. By using it you confirm that you act on your own behalf and that your funds have a lawful origin.

2. Service description

The Service exchanges one digital asset for another based on your order. Swaps are executed automatically by the Service's execution infrastructure.

On some directions the Service acts as a technical intermediary: funds move through the executing infrastructure directly to you and are not stored by the Service.

Available directions, limits and rates are shown on the exchange page and may change without prior notice.

3. Order and rate

When you create an order you see an estimated amount to receive and a guaranteed minimum (“no less than”). The final amount depends on market conditions at execution time but will not be below the guaranteed minimum if you pay the exact amount on time.

Each order has a payment window shown as a countdown on the order page. If the deposit does not arrive in time, the order expires and the deposit address is hidden.

A payment sent at the last moment that arrives after expiry is normally still exchanged or refunded automatically — watch the status on the order page.

An order is tracked via its order page link; save your order ID.

4. Paying for an order

Send the specified amount to the issued deposit address on the specified network. If the network requires a memo/tag, always include it.

Deposits to the order address add up: if you sent less, you can top up the difference — the order page shows exactly how much is left to send.

On most directions the swap executes for the actually received amount within an allowed deviation: a small underpayment or overpayment does not block the exchange, and the payout is recalculated proportionally.

Confidential swaps require the exact amount (see section 8).

5. Underpayment and overpayment

A significant underpayment (below the allowed deviation) does not start the swap: the order waits for a top-up, and the order page shows “received X of Y, send Z more”.

If you do not top up, the funds are refunded automatically shortly after the order's payment deadline — the countdown on the order page shows exactly how long topping up is still possible. The fastest way to resolve an underpayment is to send the missing amount.

This applies to every order type, confidential ones included.

On most directions an overpayment is exchanged in full — you receive proportionally more. For confidential orders the quoted amount is exchanged and the excess is returned: automatically to your refund address if you provided one, otherwise it is held for you and returned through support on request.

On Monero (XMR) directions an underpayment or overpayment is resolved by recalculation, a top-up request or a refund, depending on the route. The status is shown on the order page; in disputed cases contact support with your order ID.

6. Refunds

We strongly recommend providing a refund address when creating an order — cancellations, expiries and failures are refunded to it automatically.

If no refund address was provided, the refund is processed manually by support upon your request (order ID required) once the funds arrive at the Service’s account.

The network withdrawal fee is deducted from the refunded amount.

On directions with an XMR deposit, a refund follows the rules of the route used for that order; if no refund address was given, the refund is arranged via support.

7. Cancellation and late payments

An order can be cancelled only before the deposit is received.

A payment sent after cancellation or expiry is not lost: once the deposit is detected, the order returns to processing and is executed, or the funds are refunded.

Do not deliberately send funds to an expired order’s address: deposit addresses are deactivated over time. Create a new order instead.

8. Confidential swaps

In confidential mode the link between your deposit and your payout is not published on a public blockchain.

A confidential order requires payment of the exact amount: an underpayment is not executed until topped up, and an overpayment is not exchanged — the excess is returned to the refund address (or manually via support if none was given).

All other provisions of these Terms fully apply to confidential orders.

9. Monero (XMR) directions

Monero directions run on a separate route, so the timing and the form of the deposit address can differ from other directions.

Order tracking and support remain with the Service; the execution statuses are shown on the order page.

Refunds on these directions follow the rules of that route (see section 6).

10. Risks of losing funds

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Check the receiving address, network and memo before sending — a mistake can lead to a permanent loss of funds.

Wrong network is the main cause of losses: funds sent on a network different from the one shown on the order page do not reach the exchange. Recovery is manual, takes time and is not guaranteed. Contact support with your order ID and the transaction hash.

Do not use a receiving address that requires a memo/destination tag (for example, exchange deposit addresses): the Service’s payouts carry no memo and the recipient may not credit the funds.

A mistyped receiving address means the payout goes to the address you provided; the Service cannot recall it.

Crypto rates are volatile: when executing by the actually received amount, the final sum may differ from the estimate at order creation (never below the guaranteed minimum when the exact amount is paid).

11. Limits and manual approval

Each direction has minimum and maximum amounts shown on the exchange page; amounts outside the limits are not accepted.

Large orders may require manual operator approval — in that case the deposit address is issued after approval. The status is visible on the order page.

12. Liability and support

The Service makes reasonable efforts to execute every order but is not liable for user mistakes (wrong address, network, memo or amount), blockchain network failures and delays, actions of third-party services and infrastructure, or force majeure.

The Service’s liability for any order is limited to the amount of that order.

Support handles order-related questions — contact us with your order ID (see the Contacts page).

Using the Service for illegal activity is prohibited. The Service may refuse to execute an order, limiting itself to refunding the funds.

13. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page with the revision date at the top.

Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already created.
